Please only submit sites that are in the English language.
Sites that contain illegal content will not be accepted into our list.
Sites that contain adult material will not be accepted into our list.
Sites will be checked every month to see if they're still active. If your banner has a red X you will be notified to correct it, if no action taken, site will be removed from topsite. You may re-apply when banner is fixed if you have been removed.
Cupcake's Wagon is not responsible for comments made to your site. Any nasty comments will be removed immediately. If you find one, please contact admin.
